Receptionist/Sales Assistant

iHeartMedia in Rochester, MN now has an opening for a Full Time Receptionist/Sales Assistant for Laser101.7, 102.5 The Fox , KFAN AM1270 plus iHeartMedia Digital.  Primary responsibilities include providing professional guest reception services at the front desk as well as assisting office and sales staff by performing administrative duties.  Duties will include creating sales proposals and recaps, entering orders, organizing events, managing our online website, distributing and tracking prizes as well as general office reception duties. The successful candidate must be reliable, detail-oriented, motivated, have excellent communication skills, positive attitude and the ability to multi-task.  Proficiency in MS programs including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop and Publisher are a must.  To apply, visit our iHeartMedia career website.  Please include a resume and a cover letter when applying.
